A range of techniques including sports and deep tissue massage, dry needling acupuncture, trigger point therapy and oesteo-manipulation and articulation techniques are used to help maintain optimal muscle function, flexibility and performance as well as to promote healing of muscle injuries and relieve fatigue and soreness.
